Register as a New Member (SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet) [Primary User]

Use the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet that you received when picking up your vehicle to register as a new member.

Please prepare the following items.

• Chassis number
• License plate information (optional)

The following is a step-by-step explanation of the procedure.

Create a new account

Access the Membership Webpage and create a new account.

Please create an account using either “Accessing via the QR code” or “Accessing from a web browser.”

Accessing via the QR code

1. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code on the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet. Access the Membership Webpage from the displayed address.

   

2. Tap [Create Account].

   

3. Enter your Email address and VIN, read the explanation, check the box for “I agree to the above.”, and tap [Next].

   

   A confirmation email containing the verification code will be sent to the registered email address.

Accessing from a web browser

1. Access the Membership Webpage. 

2. Tap [Create Account].

   

3. Enter your Email address, Invitation Code and VIN, read the explanation, check the box for “I agree to the above.”, and tap [Next].

   

   The invitation code is listed in the “Information required for registration” section of the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet.

   

   A confirmation email containing the verification code will be sent to the registered email address.

Email address verification

We will verify your email address.

1. Enter the verification code (6-digit number) listed in the received email.

   

2. Check the membership registration process and tap [Next].

   

Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions Agreement

Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. Check the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

   

   Tap each link to open the PDF file. Verify the contents to the end, then close it.

   

2. Check the box for “Use Vehicle Location” (optional) and tap [Next].

   

   If you don’t allow the use of vehicle location information, features such as checking the driving history and vehicle location will not be available.

   If you want to allow this at a later time, please do so from the Settings screen of the SUZUKI CONNECT App. Use of Vehicle Information [Primary User]

Customer information registration

Enter customer information.

1. Enter your name, password, language, and mobile phone number (optional), and then tap [Next].

   

2. Check the information you entered. If everything is correct, tap [Confirm].

   If there are any mistakes, please tap [Back] and correct the information.

   

3. Tap [Next].

   

   Once you complete the registration of customer information, even if you log out during subsequent operations, you can log in again using your user ID (email address) and password from the Membership Webpage and continue your registration.

Vehicle information registration

Enter the vehicle information.

1. Tap [Proceed to Add Vehicle].

   

2. Enter the country, time zone, and license plate number (optional), and then tap [Next].

   Subscriber is pre-inputted.

   Please select the time zone where you primarily use the vehicle. This information is used for driving history and various notifications.

   If you wish to make changes later, please do so from the Settings screen of the SUZUKI CONNECT App. Vehicle Time Zone [Primary User]

   

3. Check the information you entered. If everything is correct, tap [Confirm].

   If there are any mistakes, please tap [Back] and correct the information.

   

   The following screen is displayed.

   

   Once the screen is displayed, the membership registration is completed.

   Please proceed to “Install the App.”
