This section explains the process of subscribing to SUZUKI CONNECT after receiving the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet.
(1) Create a new account
- When picking up your vehicle, you will receive the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet from the dealership staff.

Use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet. The Membership Webpage will open. After reviewing and agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, enter the necessary information to create an account.

- Mobile phone number (optional)
- Password
(2) Register the vehicle information

Register your contract information and car information on the membership webpage.

- Name of Primary User
- Country
- Time zone
- License plate number of the vehicle being contracted (optional)
(3) Install the SUZUKI CONNECT App

Install the SUZUKI CONNECT App.

(4) Initial setup for the SUZUKI CONNECT App

Start the app and log in to the SUZUKI CONNECT App using the email address (user ID) and password that you registered in Step (1).

Perform the initial setup for the app.

Settings are complete once the Home screen of the app is displayed.

- Multiple vehicles can be registered to a single SUZUKI CONNECT account (member information). For detailed instructions, please refer to “Add Vehicles.”
- When switching to a different connected vehicle, please add the vehicle to your pre-registered account (member information). For detailed instructions, please refer to “Replace with a Different Vehicle.”
- The information entered during membership registration can be checked from the Membership Webpage. On the Membership Webpage, you can check and update your membership information and the vehicle information, and view the contract duration for each vehicle under your contract.
