Service Procedures

To complete the procedures, you need the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet provided by your Suzuki dealer. If you do not have the Registration sheet, please contact your local Suzuki dealer.

Start the Service from the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet

  • Contract Process (SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet) [Primary User]
  • Register as a New Member (SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet) [Primary User]
  • Install the App
  • First-Time Setup

Register Additional Vehicles

  • Replace with a Different Vehicle
  • Add Vehicles

Subscribe to a Paid Plan

  • Purchase a Paid Plan
  • Change a Paid Plan

Cancel the Service

  • Cancel a Free Trial Plan
  • Cancel a Paid Plan
  • Delete an Account
