Add Vehicles

Access the Membership Webpage and register your new vehicle.

Please prepare the following items.

• SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet
• Chassis number
• License plate information (optional)

Start registration by using either “Accessing via the QR code” or “Accessing from a web browser.”

Accessing via the QR code

1. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code on the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet for the new vehicle. Access the Membership Webpage from the displayed address.

   

2. Enter your user ID (email address) and password, and then tap [Login].

   The user ID (email address) and password are the same ones used to log in to the SUZUKI CONNECT App.

   

3. Enter the VIN and tap [Next].

   

4. Tap [Proceed to Add Vehicle].

   

5. Please follow the on-screen instructions to enter the vehicle information and register the vehicle.

6. Perform the initial setup for the SUZUKI CONNECT App.

   For detailed instructions, please refer to “First-Time Setup.”

   Tutorials and notification settings are not displayed.

Accessing from a web browser

1. Access the Membership Webpage.

2. Enter your user ID (email address) and password, and then tap [Login].

   The user ID (email address) and password are the same ones used to log in to the SUZUKI CONNECT App.

   

3. Tap [Detail] next to “Account Info”.

   

4. Tap [Add Vehicle] at the bottom of the page.

   

5. Enter the Invitation Code and VIN, and then tap [Add Vehicle].

   

   The invitation code is listed in the “Information required for registration” section of the SUZUKI CONNECT Registration sheet.

   

6. Tap [Proceed to Add Vehicle].

   

7. Please follow the on-screen instructions to enter the vehicle information and register the vehicle.

8. Perform the initial setup for the SUZUKI CONNECT App.
