An email will be sent to the registered email address informing you that a “subscription purchase is now available.” You can then subscribe to a paid plan.
- Subscription procedures are available from five days before the end of the free trial period.
- For EVs, you can choose between the Lite Plan and Standard Plan according to the features you wish to use.
- You can select either monthly or yearly for the subscription period. The subscription will be automatically renewed upon expiration of the subscription period.
Free trial period for SUZUKI CONNECT
SUZUKI CONNECT can be used for free until 36 months (3 years) after the vehicle warranty registration date.
Even in the case of a used vehicle, as long as within three years from the initial inspection and registration, the remaining free trial period can be carried over and used. Furthermore, even when renewing a contract, it can be used for free as long as it is within the specified period.
If you wish to continue using SUZUKI CONNECT after the end of the free trial period, you will need to separately subscribe to a paid plan for each vehicle under contract with SUZUKI CONNECT.
* If the vehicle warranty registration date is before the start of the SUZUKI CONNECT service, the service can be used for free for 36 months (3 years) from the start date of SUZUKI CONNECT.
If you do not subscribe to a paid plan within the service suspension period (60 days after the end of the free period)
SUZUKI CONNECT will be automatically terminated if you do not complete the subscription process for a paid plan. A new application is required to use SUZUKI CONNECT again after the service has been terminated. Please see the FAQ for more details.
When changing to a new smartphone, please cancel the paid plan on your old device before purchasing a new paid plan on your new smartphone. If you do not cancel the paid plan on your old smartphone, you will not be able to purchase a paid plan on your new smartphone.

For EVs, Lite Plan can be selected.

Review the details of the selected plan, choose your subscription period, and then tap [SUBSCRIBE].

Review the details of the subscription and then tap [OK].

If you are using an Android device in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Confirm Invoice Address screen will be displayed. Please follow the on-screen instructions to enter/edit invoice information.A notification is sent to your smartphone when procedures are complete.
