This section explains how to change a paid plan.
- The timing at which the changed plan takes effect varies depending on the details of the change.
- For EVs, you can choose between the Lite Plan and Standard Plan according to the features you wish to use.
- You can select either monthly or yearly for the subscription period. The subscription will be automatically renewed upon expiration of the subscription period.
When changing to a new smartphone, please cancel the paid plan on your old device before purchasing a new paid plan on your new smartphone. If you do not cancel the paid plan on your old smartphone, you will not be able to purchase a paid plan on your new smartphone.
- Tap [
] on the Home screen.
Tap [Subscription].
Tap [→] for the current plan.
Tap [CHANGE PLAN].
If you want to change the term of the subscription period, tap [CHANGE TERM] and then proceed to Step ❺.
For gasoline vehicles, only the Lite Plan can be selected. Tap [CHANGE TERM] and then proceed to Step ❺.Select the plan for after the change.
Review the details of the selected plan, choose your subscription period, and then tap [SUBSCRIBE].
Please note that the prices shown on the screen above may differ from the actual prices.Review the details of the subscription and then tap [OK].
If you are using an Android device in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Confirm Invoice Address screen will be displayed. Please follow the on-screen instructions to enter/edit invoice information.This completes the procedure.
