This section explains how to cancel SUZUKI CONNECT during the free trial period.
If you cancel the contract for SUZUKI CONNECT during the free trial period, all connected services will become unavailable from the moment the cancellation is processed.
- SUZUKI CONNECT can be cancelled at any time.
- Even after cancelling the contract, you can use SUZUKI CONNECT again by resubscribing. If you want to subscribe to a contract, please contact a SUZUKI CONNECT dealership.

Cancelling SUZUKI CONNECT from the Membership Webpage
- Access the Membership Webpage.

Enter your user ID (email address) and password that you created during membership registration, and then tap [Login].
The user ID (email address) and password are the same ones used to log in to the SUZUKI CONNECT App.

Tap the [>] next to the vehicle for which you want to cancel the contract.

Scroll down and tap [Cancel Contract] to proceed with the cancellation process.
The contract for SUZUKI CONNECT will be cancelled. If you do not plan to use SUZUKI CONNECT in the future, please delete your account as well. Delete an Account
Cancel SUZUKI CONNECT from the app
- Tap [
] on the Home screen.

Tap [Subscription].

Tap [→] for the current plan.

Tap [CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION].

Review the details and then tap [Agree].

Tap [OK].

The contract for SUZUKI CONNECT will be cancelled. If you do not plan to use SUZUKI CONNECT in the future, please delete your account as well. Delete an Account
