Register as a Secondary User [Secondary User] – SUZUKI CONNECT SUPPORT

The following is a step-by-step explanation of the procedure.

Start process to register as a Secondary User

Start the process to register as a Secondary User from the invitation email.

Tap the [Invitation URL] listed in the invitation email.
Start the process to register a new member registration or log in.

If you are using SUZUKI CONNECT for the first time (and do not have a SUZUKI CONNECT account), please tap [Create Account].

If you already have a SUZUKI CONNECT account, please enter your email address (user ID) and password, tap [Login], and proceed to “Agree to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.”
Enter your Email address, read the explanation, check the box for “I agree to the above.”, and tap [Next].

A registration email (email containing the registration URL) is sent to the entered email address.

The registration URL is valid for 24 hours from the time the registration email is sent.
Tap the [URL] included in the registration email.

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, and then tap [Next].
- Tap each link to open the PDF file. Verify the contents to the end, then close it.
- If you already have a SUZUKI CONNECT account, you may only need to review the Terms and Conditions.
If you already have a SUZUKI CONNECT account, please proceed to “Confirm vehicle”.

Enter customer information.

Enter your name, password, language, and mobile phone number (optional), and then tap [Next].
Check the information you entered. If everything is correct, tap [Confirm].

If there are any mistakes, please tap [Back] and correct the information.
Check the registered details and tap [Next].

Confirm the vehicle.

Confirm the vehicle model. If the model is correct, tap [Confirm].

This completes registration as a Secondary User.

Please proceed to “Install the App.”
