Once you have logged in to the SUZUKI CONNECT App, there is no need to log in again. However, if you have not used the SUZUKI CONNECT App for more than approximately 30 days, you will be automatically logged out. In that case, please log in to the app again.

Tap the SUZUKI CONNECT App.

Enter your user ID (email address) and password that you created during membership registration, and then tap [Login].
If you are using biometrics, please follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
- An error will be displayed if the user ID or password is incorrect.
- If you have forgotten your password, please check “Forgot Password.”
