Check the registration status of the Secondary User
Check the registration status of the Secondary User. You can also resend invitation emails to users who are pending or for whom the invitation has expired.
- Tap [
] on the Home screen.

Tap [Second. User].

Select the user for which you want to check the details.

Check each type of information.
Number Explanation ❶ You can check the registration status of this user.
- “Active”: Already registered as a Secondary User.
- “Invite Sent”: Invited to register as a Secondary User.
- “Invite Exprd”: Invitation has expired.
❷ You can check the functions that this user is allowed to use. ❸ For users who are pending or for whom the invitation has expired, [Resend Invitation] is displayed. Tap to resend the invitation email.
[Edit] is displayed for active users. Tap to configure the functions to allow for this user.
❹ Tap to delete this user.
Set functions that Secondary User is allowed to use

On the Secondary User Details screen, tap [Edit].

Turn on the function to allow usage and tap [Save Changes].

Review the contents and tap [Continue].
Delete the Secondary User

At the Secondary User Details screen, tap [Remove User].

Tap [Remove User].
The user is deleted.
Additionally, a notification email is sent to the deleted user.
