Vehicle model: S-CROSS (gasoline vehicle), User: Primary User, Smartphone: iPhone (iOS). Depending on actual conditions, the displayed screen content may differ.
Service (SUZUKI CONNECT)
- The provision of services and content is subject to change or be discontinuance without notice. Also, related functions, operation methods, and screens are subject to change without notice.
- For the latest information on SUZUKI CONNECT, please check the SUZUKI CONNECT website for your country.
- SUZUKI CONNECT may use your vehicle location information and the vehicle information to provide services. Furthermore, SUZUKI CONNECT may use the personal information provided by our registered customers to send notifications and other communications. For more details, please refer to the SUZUKI CONNECT Privacy Policy (https://wb01cs.sc.eur.connect.suzuki/portal/countryList?type=policy).
- You must review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions in order to use SUZUKI CONNECT.
- If the Primary User is a minor, please use this service with the consent of a legal representative.
- If you are selling or transferring your vehicle, you are responsible for conducting procedures to cancel SUZUKI CONNECT. Cancel a Free Trial Plan / Cancel a Paid Plan
- Calls to a Service Dealer or Roadside Assistance from the SUZUKI CONNECT App will incur call charges.
- If the vehicle has not been started for an extended period, some operations (remote control, etc.) may not be available.
Smartphone
- Since SUZUKI CONNECT uses communication, depending on the network environment of the location where the service is being used, the functions may not work properly or the service may not be available.
- There may be inaccuracies in the location information of the vehicle. Depending on the GPS reception environment, it may not be possible to display the correct location or there may be a delay in updating the location information.
- Going forward, if there are changes in the communication methods of telecommunications operators, there may be cases in which SUZUKI CONNECT cannot be used.
- When driving a vehicle, making telephone calls, operating a mobile device, or focusing on the screen of a mobile phone can divert attention from driving. This is dangerous behaviour that could lead to serious accidents. If you need to operate the app, please do so after stopping the vehicle in a safe location.
- Please refrain from operating or staring at your smartphone while walking.
