This section explains the main types of notifications.
Secondary Users will only receive notifications that are allowed by the Primary User. Manage a Secondary User [Primary User]
The Vehicle start-up Notification and Maintenance Notification can only be received by the Secondary User if the Primary User has turned on the notification.
For gasoline vehicles: Notification Settings [Primary User]
For EVs: Notification Settings (EVs) [Primary User]
Warning Light Notification
A notification is sent to your smartphone if a warning light in the meter turns on.
Check the Status of the Warning Lights
For some vehicle models, notifications also appear on the in-car display.
Status Notification
After getting out of your vehicle, you will receive a notification on your smartphone if you forget to lock the doors or turn off the hazard lights or headlights. You can operate the door locks from a distance without having to return to the vehicle.
Door Lock Remote Operation
Please ensure that there are no children or pets inside the vehicle before remotely locking the doors after receiving Status Notifications. There is a risk of them being trapped.
- A short while after the vehicle has been stopped and the doors have been opened and closed, the system checks whether the remote key is no longer inside the vehicle and sends a notification to your smartphone.
- Status Notifications are not sent under the following conditions.
- The vehicle has started.
- The smartphone and the vehicle are outside the communication range.
- The remote key (portable remote) is inside the vehicle.
- The security alarm is not set when the door is locked via remote control.
- A headlight reminder notification is also sent when the headlights are left on.
Remote Operation Completed Notifications
A notification on the results of the remote operation is sent to your smartphone.
You can check the results of operations after performing remote operations such as door locking.
Security Alarm Notification
A notification is sent to your smartphone if the security alarm is activated.
For example, if you park your vehicle in a parking lot and the door is forced open while you are shopping, the security alarm will be triggered and you will receive a notification on your smartphone. This informs you about trouble involving your vehicle, even from a distance.
This feature is not available for vehicles sold in Israel.
Vehicle start-up Notification
A notification is sent to your smartphone if the vehicle starts during the set time period.
For example, enabling this notification during the times when you are not using your vehicle (when you are sleeping, working, etc.) you will receive a notification on your smartphone if the vehicle starts within the specified time period time. This informs you about trouble involving your vehicle, even from a distance.
Only the Primary User can set the day and time for notifications.

Geofence Notification
Notifications about the vehicle driving status (departed, returned, absent) are sent to the smartphone of the Primary User or the Secondary user.
Timer Air Conditioning Notification (EVs only)
A notification is sent to your smartphone when the timer air conditioning setting is completed, or when the timer air conditioner starts, finishes, or ends abnormally.
Recall/Service Campaign Notification
A notification is sent to your smartphone if your vehicle is eligible for free repairs such as recalls or service campaigns.
If you receive this notification, please contact your SUZUKI dealer as soon as possible.

Maintenance Notification
A notification is sent to your smartphone to inform you when it’s time for scheduled maintenance.
This informs you that it is time for periodic maintenance of your vehicle, so you can make an early maintenance appointment.
