Dealer [Primary User]

If you register a dealership that you frequently use for inspections or maintenance, you can make telephone calls from the SUZUKI CONNECT App or display the website (some dealerships may not be supported).

You can register two types of dealerships.

• Preferred Dealer: The dealership where you purchased the vehicle is pre-selected. Please contact this dealership if you have any questions regarding the vehicle or the SUZUKI CONNECT App.
• Service Dealer: Please select a dealership for inspections and maintenance. In some cases, the dealership where you purchased the vehicle is selected.
  1. Tap [] on the Home screen. 

  2. Tap [Settings].

     

  3. Tap [Dealer].

     

  4. Tap [Preferred Dealer] or [Service Dealer].

     

  5. Perform your desired operation.

     

     Number	Explanation
     ❶	Display the location of the dealership on a map app.
     ❷	Make a telephone call to the dealership.
     ❸	Display the dealership website (some dealerships may not be supported).
     ❹	Change the dealership. Find a nearby dealership
     ❺	Delete the dealership.

Find a nearby dealership

You can search for a nearby dealership and then register that dealership as a Preferred Dealer or Service Dealer.

1. On the Dealer screen, tap [Set Preferred Dealer] or [Set Service Dealer].

   If a dealership has already been registered, please tap [Change Preferred Dealer] or [Change Service Dealer] on the Dealer Details screen.

   

2. Find and tap on a nearby dealership.

   

   If you want to search from the list, please tap [] at the top right .

   On the List screen, you can sort dealerships by proximity or in alphabetical order. You can also search for service dealers by country name or keyword.

   

3. Tap [Set Preferred Dealer] or [Set Service Dealer].
