You can set or change the Remote PIN. You can specify biometric settings for smartphones equipped with biometrics (facial recognition/fingerprint recognition).
- The Remote PIN is entered during remote operations for the purpose of identity verification.
- Biometrics can be used instead of entering a Remote PIN. Biometrics can also be used instead of entering the user ID (email address) and password when logging into the app.
- Tap [
] on the Home screen.
Tap [Settings].
Tap [Authentication Settings].
Tap [Change PIN].
If you are setting a Remote PIN for the first time, please tap [Set Remote PIN].
If you want to use biometrics, turn on “Biometrics” and follow the instructions on the screen.
Enter the password you created during member registration and press the confirm key on the keyboard.
The password is the same one used to log in to the SUZUKI CONNECT App.
Enter the new Remote PIN.
For verification, please enter the new Remote PIN once again.
This completes changing the Remote PIN.
